The world is divided in 16 Agora grouped in 5 regions:

• Western Europe (London) + Eastern Europe (Lviv) + Russia (Krasnoyark) --> Professor (resides in London)
  
• North America (New-York) + Central America (San Jose) + South America (La Paz) --> Orator (resides in San Jose)
  
• Western Africa (Abidjan) + Central Africa (Kampala) + South Africa (Cape Town) --> Guardian (resides in Cape Town)
  
• North Africa (Tunis) + Middle East (Tehran) + Central Asia (Tashkent) --> Archivist (resides in Tehran)
  
• South Asia (Mumbai) + Western Asia (Tokyo) + Oceania (Adelaide) --> Engineer (resides in Tokyo)
  

There are 5 departments each ultimately governed by a member of the Regency:

• Department of Defence --> Guardian
  
• Department of Work and Health --> Professor
  
• Department of Culture and Media --> Orator
  
• Department of Innovation --> Engineer
  
• Department of Justice --> Archivist

Department of Defence is divided in 2 sections --> Internal + External

Internal:

• 1 colonel per Agora (= 16) followed by captains in charge of the footsoldiers
  

External:

• 1 colonel in charge of professional assassins
  

The Department of Defence is also in charge of the Office of Registration.

The Department of Work is divided in 3 sections --> Office of registration and regulation + Hospitals + External

• Office of registration and regulation --> 1 per Agora that register and regulate businesses
  
• Hospitals --> 1 per Agora + Mobile units
  
• External --> 1 per Agora to deal with forgeries and other related issues arising from immortals working with mortals
  

The Department of Culture and Media is divided in 2 sections --> Communication + Leisure and Culture

• Communication is in charge of TV + radio + newspaper --> 1 per region
  
• Leisure and Culture is in charge of libraries, venues, cinemas --> 1 per Agora

The Department of Innovation is divided in 16 centres (1 per Agora):

• Medical

• Arts

• 5 specific to each department
  

The Department of Justice is divided in 2 sections --> Tribunal + Prison

• There is 1 tribunal per Agora with 1 judge in charge.
  
• There is 1 prison in Siberia.

There is 1 Head of Agora per Agora.
They oversee each Director of each departments within their Agora.

Senior Management per Agora:

• 7 in 10 Agora
  
• 8 in 5 Agora (London, New-York, Cape Town, Istanbul, Tokyo, Russia --> they are in charge of the media and the prison chief)
  
• 9 in 1 Agora (Cape Town --> in addition to the media person, they also have the Colonel for external security)
